1. Acceptance

By registering as a HOLYLINK SOLUTIONS agent you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and hold a valid Ghana Card to operate as an agent.

3. Wallet & transactions

Funds added to your wallet are non-refundable cash credits used to purchase airtime and data on behalf of customers. Commission is credited at the rates published by HOLYLINK SOLUTIONS and may be revised with notice.

4. Prohibited use

  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity.
  • Reselling stolen, gifted or chargeback credit.
  • Any attempt to bypass platform security.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms or that fails KYC verification.

6. Liability

HOLYLINK SOLUTIONS is not liable for losses arising from network failures, mistyped customer numbers, or events outside our control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
